Australia
Written for recruitment and labour-hire agencies, search firms and in-house talent teams. Prices are quoted and invoiced in US dollars — we do not publish a price in Australian dollars. Your bank may add a conversion charge, and local tax is on top. Support, onboarding and migration all run from Delaware, USA on Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm ET; there is no local office, entity or phone number.
- Tax.
- Figures exclude GST. The supplier is a US entity, so the treatment depends on your registration; we capture your ABN and GST status at the point of sale.
- Local fields.
- Labour-hire licence jurisdiction, number and expiry stored as fields, working-rights checks recorded against visa class, and Privacy Act and Spam Act consent handling. Each is a product field or workflow with its build status on its own feature page, and none of it is a compliance certification.
- Job boards here.
- Seek. Connector state is on each integration page, with the date it goes live.
Resources
Written to be useful, not to rank
A small number of substantial pieces rather than a content calendar. We have no customers yet, so there are no case studies and no benchmark data here, and we have not invented any. Configured for Australian recruitment agencies.
Guides
The two long-form pieces that everything else hangs off.
Everything recruitment software has to do, and why
A working explanation of what recruitment software is for, what separates one from an applicant tracking system, and how to buy one without regretting it.
Read moreBuying an ATS for an agency, start to finish
A buying process for staffing firms: what to specify, what to ask, how to trial it honestly, how to migrate, and how to get a reluctant desk to use it.

Practical
Migration, time-to-fill, WhatsApp, US compliance questions and the message library.
Getting your data out of Bullhorn intact
What actually moves, what quietly does not, and how to run the cutover without losing a week of billing or a decade of candidate history.
Read moreFind the days before you try to save them
Time to fill is a sum of separate waits with different owners. Shortening it starts with splitting the number, not with working faster.
Read moreUsing WhatsApp for recruiting without annoying people
The mechanics that decide whether a WhatsApp conversation works: the session window, template approval, opt-in capture, and knowing where the channel belongs.
Read moreThe questions a US recruiting operation should be able to answer
Not legal advice and not a certification. A structured list of the areas US hiring rules touch, and the question you should be able to answer about each.
Read moreThe eight messages a recruiting desk keeps sending
Outreach, follow-up, rejection, interview confirmation, offer, reference request, client update and re-engagement, explained by what each has to do.

Definitions, and one page whose entire value is refusing to publish a fake benchmark.
What separates an ATS from recruitment software
One is organised around an open job. The other is organised around people and accounts that outlive it. That single difference explains everything else.
Read moreWhy we will not publish a time-to-fill benchmark
Cross-industry benchmark figures are built on incompatible definitions and surviving searches. Your own history is a smaller number and a far more useful one.
Read moreWhich kind of recruitment software fits your firm
Not a ranked list. A map of the five categories the market actually divides into, what each one is good at, and the kind of firm each one is built for.
