Australia
Written for recruitment and labour-hire agencies, search firms and in-house talent teams. Prices are quoted and invoiced in US dollars — we do not publish a price in Australian dollars. Your bank may add a conversion charge, and local tax is on top. Support, onboarding and migration all run from Delaware, USA on Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm ET; there is no local office, entity or phone number.
- Tax.
- Figures exclude GST. The supplier is a US entity, so the treatment depends on your registration; we capture your ABN and GST status at the point of sale.
- Local fields.
- Labour-hire licence jurisdiction, number and expiry stored as fields, working-rights checks recorded against visa class, and Privacy Act and Spam Act consent handling. Each is a product field or workflow with its build status on its own feature page, and none of it is a compliance certification.
- Job boards here.
- Seek. Connector state is on each integration page, with the date it goes live.
Features
Every capability, with its real status
Nothing on this site is marked as shipping until its workflow, permissions and failure handling hold up. Where a capability is still being built, the page says so and stays in the future tense. Configured for Australian recruitment agencies.
Shipping today
Shipping in the product today.
Shipping, being extended
Shipping today and being extended for the Wave 1 release.
In build
In active build for the Wave 1 release.
Planned
On the roadmap. Not built yet, and not sold as if it were.
Candidates and pipeline
The database, the tracking workflow and the pipeline an owner can read.
One candidate record that actually stays current
Shipping todayEvery profile, conversation, submittal and decision on one screen, so the person who picks the desk up tomorrow knows exactly where things stand.
Read moreApplicant tracking built for a billing desk
Shipping todayMost tracking systems were designed for a corporate hiring team with one client. Agency desks run twenty clients at once, and the workflow has to survive that.
Read moreA pipeline that tells you what is slipping
Shipping todayThe useful question is never how many candidates are in the pipeline. It is which requisitions will not fill this month, and what is causing it.
Read moreStop paying twice for the same candidate
Shipping, being extendedTwo recruiters calling the same person about two different jobs on the same afternoon is not a data problem. It is a reputation problem.
Read moreThe lists you rebuild every month, built once
In buildEvery desk has the same six searches it runs over and over. A pool is that search, saved as a living list instead of retyped.
Read moreBring your database across, properly
In buildEvery recruitment software evaluation ends at the same question, and it is never about features. It is whether fifteen years of database survives the move.
Read moreA blacklisted candidate stays out of reach until someone lifts the flag
Shipping todayA do-not-contact decision only works if the system enforces it at the moment somebody is about to make contact, not if it lives in a note that one recruiter remembers.

AI
Matching, parsing, shortlisting and calling. Each page says what the model does well and where it does not help.
Matching that shows its working
Shipping todayA match score nobody trusts is worse than no score at all. Every point in ours traces back to a requirement in the brief.
Read moreResumes become records, not attachments
Shipping todayA resume sitting in a storage bucket is a file. A parsed resume is a record you can search, match and report on.
Read moreTurn a resume backlog into records you can search
Shipping todayA folder of two thousand resumes is not a database. It becomes one when every file is parsed, deduplicated and attributed, with the failures visible.
Read moreA ranked shortlist with a named human behind it
Shipping todayThe tool puts the strongest applications at the top of the list and stops there. Deciding who is out remains a recruiter's job, recorded under their name.
Read moreVoice screens nobody acts on until a person has read them
Shipping todayAn AI voice can run a consistent first-stage screen at nine in the evening. What it cannot do is decide anything, and we have built it so it does not.
Read moreOutbound screening calls that end with an interview booked
Shipping todayThe qualification call is the one recruiters never get through. An agent works the list, asks the same five things, and books the ones who qualify.
Read moreCall notes written for you, once we can do it properly
PlannedA notetaker that files a summary on the right record is genuinely useful. It is also a recording product, which is why it follows the voice beta rather than leading it.
Read moreJob descriptions built from the requisition you already filled in
In buildEvery field a good job description needs is already on the requisition. Generating from that structure beats generating from a paragraph somebody typed into a box.
Read moreTwelve named agents, and where each one really stands
Shipping todayEvery recruitment vendor now sells a set of agents. Very few will tell you which of them exist, so this page starts with the four that do.
Read moreRediscover the candidates you already own before you buy more
PlannedThe most useful sourcing an agent can do is inside your own database, which is fortunate, because that is the only place the terms of service let it work freely.

Communication
Email and task-based follow-up as the core, WhatsApp where it is proven, and a deliberately narrow browser extension.
Reach candidates on the channel they actually read
Shipping todayEmail open rates decide how many of your candidates you never hear from. WhatsApp is where the same people reply inside the hour.
Read moreEvery candidate conversation on the candidate record
Shipping, being extendedRecruiters send hundreds of messages a week from four different places, and the record of what was said ends up in none of them.
Read moreFollow up until they answer, then stop automatically
Shipping, being extendedMost candidates who eventually reply do so on the third or fourth touch, which is exactly where a busy desk stops chasing.
Read moreKeep good candidates warm until the right role opens
In buildMost of your database is made up of people who were right for a role that had already gone, and who nobody has contacted since.
Read moreWhy SMS and LinkedIn steps are not in the first release
PlannedEvery recruitment tool sells multi-channel sequences. Very few of them explain what has to be true before each channel can safely be automated.
Read moreBook the interview in one message, not eleven
Shipping todayCoordinating one interview across a candidate, a hiring manager and a second interviewer usually costs a recruiter forty minutes and four days.
Read moreBook cross-border interviews without time-zone errors
In buildA missed interview across three countries is almost never a diary problem. It is an arithmetic problem that a human did in their head at the end of a long day.
Read moreOne-click capture of the profile in front of you
In buildA sourcing extension is trusted with the recruiter's own logged-in browser session, and almost every one on the market abuses that trust.

Delivery and placement
From the client shortlist through offer and placement to the invoice that follows it.
A client portal your hiring managers will actually open
In buildMost client feedback still arrives as a forwarded email with three candidates in it and no way to tell which one the manager meant.
Read moreInvoice the placement you already recorded
Shipping, being extendedThe placement record already knows the fee, the rate, the start date and the guarantee window. The invoice should not need any of that typed again.
Read moreOffer letters that match what was agreed
Shipping todayAn offer letter is the first document a candidate reads carefully, and it is usually the document assembled fastest and checked least.
Read moreThe handover from placement to first day
Shipping todayThe moment a candidate becomes an employee is the moment most systems drop the record and start a fresh one, losing everything that came before.
Read moreLet candidates check their own status
Shipping todayThe single most common inbound message any recruiter receives is a candidate asking where their application stands, and it is the easiest one to stop receiving.
Read moreScreen with a scored test, not a hunch
Shipping todayA short, consistent assessment answers the question a phone screen usually guesses at, and it asks every candidate the same thing in the same order.
Read moreGive every interviewer the same brief
In buildFour interviewers, four sets of questions, four opinions that cannot be compared, and a decision made by whoever spoke most confidently in the debrief.
Read moreStructured feedback instead of an opinion
Shipping, being extendedTwo interviewers who both say the candidate was strong have not agreed on anything until you know what each of them was measuring.
Read moreWork the desk from the platform you carry
Shipping todayA recruiter between a client meeting and a train is not going to open a laptop, and the call they were going to log will not get logged.
Read moreJob posting with the board states written down
Shipping, being extendedEvery recruitment product shows a wall of job board logos. Very few of them tell you which of those boards you can actually post to today.

Reporting and intelligence
What produced the placement, which accounts are going quiet, and which offers are about to fall over.
Numbers a desk can act on before Friday
Shipping, being extendedReporting that nobody has to maintain, because every panel is computed from the submittals, interviews and placements your recruiters are already recording.
Read moreFind out which sources actually produce placements
In buildEvery job board reports how many applications it sent you. None of them report how many of those applications turned into a placement that billed.
Read moreCatch a client going quiet before the reqs stop
In buildAgencies lose accounts slowly and notice suddenly. The signals are all in the system already; nobody has time to read twenty client records every week.
Read moreKeep offered candidates warm until they actually join
In buildIn Indian IT recruitment a signed offer is not a placement. Notice periods run 30 to 90 days, and counter-offers arrive in week three.
Read moreSource remote candidates who can work your hours
In buildA remote requisition is not a location-free requisition. It has a working day attached, and the first filter that matters is who can actually be on it.
Consent, records and migration
The controls that support your obligations, and the honest version of moving off an incumbent system.
Know why you hold every candidate record, and for how long
In buildA candidate database fills up with people who never asked to be in it, and the obligations that attach to those records do not wait for a reply.
Read moreCollect equal-opportunity data without letting it touch the decision
In buildData collected to measure a hiring decision should never be visible to the people making it, and that is an architecture problem before it is a policy problem.
Read moreCatch a missing salary range before the advert goes out
In buildSalary disclosure rules differ by state and by country, and a remote posting can be governed by a jurisdiction nobody on the desk was thinking about.
Read moreMove off Bullhorn without losing the history that makes the database worth moving
In buildThe accounts worth migrating are the ones with ten years of notes, custom fields and placement history, and those are exactly the accounts a generic importer breaks.
