United Kingdom

Written for recruitment agencies running mixed perm and contract desks, search firms and in-house talent teams. Prices are quoted and invoiced in US dollars — we do not publish a price in pounds sterling. Your bank may add a conversion charge, and local tax is on top. Support, onboarding and migration all run from Delaware, USA on Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm ET; there is no local office, entity or phone number.

Tax.
Figures exclude VAT. The supplier is a US entity, so the treatment depends on your own registration; we capture your VAT number at the point of sale.
Local fields.
IR35 status against each contract placement, Right to Work documents with expiry reminders, and UK GDPR lawful basis and retention windows on every record. Each is a product field or workflow with its build status on its own feature page, and none of it is a compliance certification.
Job boards here.
CV-Library and Reed. Connector state is on each integration page, with the date it goes live.

Features

Every capability, with its real status

Nothing on this site is marked as shipping until its workflow, permissions and failure handling hold up. Where a capability is still being built, the page says so and stays in the future tense. Configured for UK recruitment agencies.

Shipping today

Shipping in the product today.

Shipping, being extended

Shipping today and being extended for the Wave 1 release.

In build

In active build for the Wave 1 release.

Planned

On the roadmap. Not built yet, and not sold as if it were.

Candidates and pipeline

The database, the tracking workflow and the pipeline an owner can read.

AI

Matching, parsing, shortlisting and calling. Each page says what the model does well and where it does not help.

Communication

Email and task-based follow-up as the core, WhatsApp where it is proven, and a deliberately narrow browser extension.

Delivery and placement

From the client shortlist through offer and placement to the invoice that follows it.

Reporting and intelligence

What produced the placement, which accounts are going quiet, and which offers are about to fall over.

Consent, records and migration

The controls that support your obligations, and the honest version of moving off an incumbent system.
