Soor LLC, and where to find it
Surhires is built and operated by Soor LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA. The registered address is 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. The company line is +1-607-318-2126 and support is staffed Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm ET. Sales enquiries go to [email protected] and existing customers reach the product team at [email protected].
That is the whole of the corporate detail this page carries. You will not find a founder story, a headcount, a funding announcement, an office map or a customer logo wall here, because none of those has been published and inventing one would undercut the only thing this site is trying to be useful about. If a procurement process needs entity documentation, ask for it directly and it will be sent.

What Surhires is not
Surhires is not an HRIS, a payroll system, a background-check provider or an assessment platform. It is recruitment software: candidate relationships, outbound sourcing, client submittals and the placement pipeline through to the first invoice.
That sentence is on the pricing page as well, and it is deliberate. Most disappointment in this category comes from a buyer who expected the tool to do a job it was never scoped for, discovering it three weeks into an implementation. Recruitment software that pretends to be a full human-resources suite ends up doing neither job properly, and a staffing desk pays for that in workarounds.
Where a neighbouring system is genuinely needed, we integrate rather than reimplement. Background checks route to a screening provider, contractor payments route to an employer-of-record or a payroll platform, and technical assessments route to a testing vendor. Each of those carries an explicit integration state so nobody buys on the strength of a logo.
Every feature page carries a status badge
The single most common way software marketing misleads a buyer is tense. A roadmap item is written in the present tense, a demo shows a prototype, and by the time anyone notices the gap the contract is signed. Surhires answers that by putting a status badge on every feature page and refusing to write anything above its badge.
There are four states. Shipping today means the workflow is in the product now. Shipping, being extended means it works and is getting deeper in the current release wave. In build means it is being written and is described in the future tense. Planned means it is on the roadmap, not built, and not sold as if it were.
Anything above planned also carries an evidence line naming the files or edge functions that implement it. That line exists so a technical evaluator can ask a specific question in a demo instead of accepting a slide.
- Shipping today: in the product now, described in the present tense
- Shipping, being extended: works today, deepening in the current wave
- In build: being written now, always described in the future tense
- Planned: on the roadmap, not built, and priced as if it does not exist
Capability statements, not compliance declarations
This site does not say that Surhires is GDPR compliant, TCPA compliant or SOC 2 certified, because compliance is a property of how an organisation operates, not a property of a piece of software. What software can do is give you the controls and the records that a compliant operation needs.
So the wording is always a capability. The product supports consent capture on candidate records and configurable retention windows. It supports opt-in capture, STOP handling and suppression lists on outbound messaging. It records which candidates an automated tool scored and exports the data an independent bias audit needs. Whether a given campaign or a given hiring process is lawful depends on how you configure and run it, and the trust center says exactly where that line falls for each regime.
SOC 2 is described the same way. A readiness programme is under way with continuous control monitoring, a Type I report is the first deliverable, and no Type II report is claimed until one has been issued.
AI credit weights are published rather than bundled
AI features in this category are usually sold as an opaque allowance. You get a number of credits, the vendor decides what consumes them, and the first surprise arrives on an invoice at the end of a busy month. Recruitment is exactly the wrong industry for that, because volume is spiky by nature: a single large contract win can triple parsing and outreach in a fortnight.
Surhires publishes the operation-weight table instead. Each AI operation - parsing a resume, scoring a candidate against a requisition, drafting an outreach message, transcribing a screening call - carries a stated credit weight, so a desk can model its own monthly consumption before it signs anything rather than after. The Professional plan includes an allowance of one hundred credits per user per month, and additional credits are bought in packs when a desk needs them.
Pricing is provisional, and there is no free-forever tier
The published figures are $39, $49 and $99 per user per month, or $32, $41 and $82 on annual billing, and they are marked provisional pending buyer validation. That is not a hedge to leave room for an increase. It means the price sheet is still being tested against real staffing buyers, and a page that presented it as settled would be lying about the stage the product is at.
The trial is fourteen days with no credit card. There is no free-forever tier: recruitment software needs imports, onboarding and messaging infrastructure, and an unsupported free account serves nobody well. A free tier in this category tends to produce abandoned databases and a support queue nobody can afford to staff, which is worse for a buyer than being told the honest number up front.
The claims this site will not make
There are no customer counts, no named logos, no testimonials, no analyst quadrant placements, no time-to-hire percentage improvements and no award badges anywhere on this site. Not because those things are unimportant, but because none of them has been earned yet and a fabricated one is discoverable in about ninety seconds by anyone who cares.
The same rule applies to integrations. Every connector carries a state - Live, In development, or Roadmap - and a logo never appears without one. A partnership is only described as a partnership when one exists.
That restraint is the actual differentiator. A staffing firm buying a system of record is making a five-year decision about where its candidate database lives, and the vendor that tells it what does not work yet is the one worth a security review.
What you get

Direct company line

Status badge per feature
Live, partial, building or planned on every capability page, with no copy written above the badge.
Evidence lines
Anything past planned names the files or functions that implement it, so a demo can be interrogated.
Capability wording
Compliance is described as what the product supports and where responsibility sits, never as a certificate.
SOC 2 in progress
A readiness programme with a Type I report as the first deliverable; no Type II claimed until issued.
Published credit weights
Every AI operation has a stated credit weight so monthly consumption can be modelled before purchase.

Integration states
Live, In development or Roadmap on every connector, with no logo shown without its state.
No invented proof

Questions recruiters ask
Who owns and operates Surhires?
Surhires is built and operated by Soor LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA, with a registered address at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958. Entity documentation can be provided directly for a procurement file. No other corporate detail is published on this site because none has been confirmed for publication.
How large is the team, and who founded the company?
Neither is published here. Headcount, funding and founder biography are the sort of detail that gets invented on marketing sites, and nothing about whether this product suits your desk depends on them. If team size matters to your risk assessment, raise it during the security review and it will be answered directly rather than through a webpage.
Is Surhires generally available today?
Parts of it are. Every feature page carries a status badge, and the badge is the honest answer for that capability. Candidate management, applicant tracking and pipeline work are shipping; several AI agents and the MCP server are in build or planned. The trial gives you the shipping product, not a rendering of the roadmap.
Why are there no customer names or testimonials?
Because none has been published with permission. A logo wall assembled without consent is a legal problem, and a testimonial written in-house is a credibility problem. When real references exist and customers agree to be named, they will appear here with their consent recorded. Until then the page stays empty rather than being filled with plausible fiction.
Where is candidate data held?
The primary region is AWS us-east-1 with encrypted backups. If your organisation requires EU or UK residency, raise it before contract rather than after, because that is a scoping question and not a configuration switch. The security page describes the tenant isolation model and the trust center lists the subprocessor register.
Will the published prices change?
They may. The plan prices are marked provisional pending buyer validation, which means the sheet is still being tested with real staffing buyers. Anything agreed in a signed order form is what you pay for that term. GBP and AUD figures shown on the site are conversions and are flagged as unconfirmed rather than presented as local price lists.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a fourteen-day trial with no credit card, and no free-forever tier. Recruitment software needs imports, onboarding and messaging infrastructure to be useful at all, and an unsupported free account produces an abandoned database rather than an evaluation. The trial is scoped so a desk can reach a real submittal inside it.
