Countries

Choose your country

3 countries have pages of their own, written for the way a recruitment desk works there. Everywhere else, the international site applies — and nothing redirects you by IP address or by browser language.

Countries

Pick your country

Each country page carries the vocabulary, the compliance fields and the tax position that are true there. The product and the plans are the same everywhere, and every market is invoiced in US dollars.

Somewhere else? The international site serves every other country. Nothing here redirects you by IP address.

Not launched yet

Countries we have not launched, and why

A country code existing is not a reason to publish a page for it. Recruitment is the worst category in which to pretend otherwise: the lawful shape of a placement, the status of a contractor, the right-to-work duty, the messaging consent rules and the job boards that carry the flow are all different in each country, and a page that does not carry them is a thin page with a flag on it.

The countries below are registered and waiting on something real. Until then they have no URL at all, and a request for one returns a genuine 404 rather than a fallback that looks local and is not.

  • India

An INR price sheet is contracted in lib/site.ts and a DPDPA page exists, but there is no India market page content and no documented scope for Indian recruitment practice, so the market is not described accurately enough to publish.

  • Canada

English-language market, but this repository documents no local employment-compliance scope for it — contractor status, right-to-work duty, messaging consent and the job boards that carry the flow. A page without those would be a thin copy of the US one.

  • Ireland

English-language market, but this repository documents no local employment-compliance scope for it — contractor status, right-to-work duty, messaging consent and the job boards that carry the flow. A page without those would be a thin copy of the US one.

  • New Zealand

English-language market, but this repository documents no local employment-compliance scope for it — contractor status, right-to-work duty, messaging consent and the job boards that carry the flow. A page without those would be a thin copy of the US one.

  • Singapore

English-language market, but this repository documents no local employment-compliance scope for it — contractor status, right-to-work duty, messaging consent and the job boards that carry the flow. A page without those would be a thin copy of the US one.

  • United Arab Emirates

English-language market, but this repository documents no local employment-compliance scope for it — contractor status, right-to-work duty, messaging consent and the job boards that carry the flow. A page without those would be a thin copy of the US one.

  • South Africa

English-language market, but this repository documents no local employment-compliance scope for it — contractor status, right-to-work duty, messaging consent and the job boards that carry the flow. A page without those would be a thin copy of the US one.

  • Philippines

English-language market, but this repository documents no local employment-compliance scope for it — contractor status, right-to-work duty, messaging consent and the job boards that carry the flow. A page without those would be a thin copy of the US one.

  • Germany

Needs translated copy in the market language and a local price position before a page would be useful to a buyer there.

  • France

Needs translated copy in the market language and a local price position before a page would be useful to a buyer there.

  • Netherlands

Needs translated copy in the market language and a local price position before a page would be useful to a buyer there.

  • Japan

Needs translated copy in the market language and a local price position before a page would be useful to a buyer there.

The registry behind this page holds all 249 officially assigned ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country and territory codes, so registering a market is a configuration change rather than a code change. Publishing one is a separate, deliberate step, and the procedure is in docs/international-seo.md. The United Kingdom is gb, which is its ISO code; uk is not an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code, and the site’s old /uk URLs redirect to /gb.
